Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates

All orders are shipped from Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout by SendCloud based on your delivery destination, the weight of your order, and the available carrier options. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you confirm your order.
We ship worldwide.

Processing Time

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 business days after receiving your payment. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Dutch public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your shipment. Tracking is provided through SendCloud and the carrier handling your delivery.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier selected at checkout. As a general indication:

• Netherlands: 2–4 business days
• European Union: 5–7 business days
• Rest of the world: 7–14 business days

These are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, local postal delays, or public holidays. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@booook-makers.com and we will investigate.

Customs and Import Duties (International Orders)

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping prices. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you are unsure.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at info@booook-makers.com as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
